Description

Pre-employment background checking of candidates is particularly important to prevent legal, operational or reputational risks that may result from recruiting the wrong candidate; and is a complement to the usual selection tools in order to reinforce predictability of future performance of new hires. In April 2018, pre-employment background checks were extended to all new EIB Group hires, irrespective of their grade (support, executive or managerial).
