The Port of Cork Company wishes to implement a HR technology solution that will streamline and improve its various HR processes in a HRMS System and Mobile App format including compensation and benefits, annual leave, non-attendance, absence management, overtime, training and learning, performance management, time and attendance, onboarding and offboarding, reporting and analytics, integrated document management, health and safety reporting, expenses management, payroll integration, communication, employee performance while enhancing the ability to deliver against its stated goals which will depend largely on partnering with a HRMS Solution provider that will enable and support our delivery.
