Case and archive system.

Description

The Royal Court (henceforth referred to as DKH or the contracting authority) has entered into a contract with suppliers for the delivery of a new case and archive system for DKH. Lot 1: DKH wants to enter into an agreement with one supplier for the purchase and delivery of a case and archive system over the internet (SaaS). The service shall also include configuration, customisation and integrations, as well as operation and maintenance. A complete case and archive system will be procured with archive functionality and functions for general case management, and meeting and committee processing. The system must meet all relevant legal requirements, be based on standard products and have a low user threshold, so that users can be automatic to the greatest possible extent. Data must be stored in Norway. At present the DKH has approx. 150 employees. Approx. 70 of these employees are expected to be active users of the system. DKH shall enter into a contract with one tenderer who shall meet the DKH's requirements for up to 10 years.
