Description
The service need for EFSA (increase of the envelope of a contract in cascade) is coherent with the legal basis found in Art. 11.1(e) of Annex 1 of the EU Financial Regulation and applies a negotiated procedure (NP/EFSA/MESE/2023/01) without prior publication of a contract notice with the economic operators awarded the initial framework contract (OC/EFSA/AMU/2021/03). Lot 1: Increase of the envelope of a contract in cascade (OC/EFSA/AMU/2021/03 - FWC 01 and FWC 02) The legal basis is found in Art. 11.1(e) of Annex 1 of the EU Financial Regulation and applies a negotiated procedure (NP/EFSA/MESE/2023/01) without prior publication of a contract notice with the economic operators awarded the initial framework contract.
