Innlandet County invites tenderers to a tender contest for the procurement of a management, operations, maintenance and development system (Norwegian abbreviation: FDVU) where the emphasis must be on operations, maintenance and internal control, options for leased contracts and basic data. Project accounting is an option to the contract. The objective of the procurement of a FDVU system is to ensure efficient operations and administration of approx. 400 000 m2 buildings. The FDVU system must also ensure Innlandet County's daily operations related to the administration of current buildings and properties. The option for project accounting must be a significant contribution to the county's goal related to efficient operations and good financial follow-up of the construction projects. The purpose of contract for project accounting is to achieve a good and clear system for budgeting and contract follow-up, as well as handling orders, management of documents and documentation, control and various reporting functions in construction projects. The software shall be delivered as a service (SaaS) which must ensure the user rights, operations, maintenance and implementation of a finished developed system for use in the Norwegian market. The implementation must include services such as configuration, transmission/conversion of data, integrating, testing and training.
