City Building (Glasgow) LLP (CBG) requires procuring a provider for the Provision of Statutory Audit and Financial Services to provide specialist skills, advice and resources to assist the Finance Division on Statutory Audit Requirements and Financial Services for City Building (Glasgow) LLP and City Building (Contracts) LLP. Lot 1: City Building (Glasgow) LLP (CBG) requires procuring a provider for the Provision of Statutory Audit and Financial Services to provide specialist skills, advice and resources to assist the Finance Division on Statutory Audit Requirements and Financial Services for City Building (Glasgow) LLP and City Building (Contracts) LLP. The objects of the award are appoint a supplier who will facilitate the following:- Advice and assistance is required from a firm of auditors with relevant skills and experience and sufficient resources to provide CBG with a full range of audit services to enable CBG to fully comply with statutory audit requirements. Specifically, with reference to CBG, act as the organisation’s agent in all dealings with HMRC in matters pertaining to partnership tax, including preparation of the annual partnership tax computation. Specifically, with reference to CBG, carry out iXBRL tagging of the signed annual accounts in compliance with HMRC requirements for submission alongside corporation tax computation. To provide a nominated client contact, with access to secondary contacts, back office support and other specialists, including regular face-to-face strategy and review meetings with CBG. The appointed auditors will be expected to attend such meetings as CBG deems appropriate. To provide support and advice in the formulation of CBG’s Financial Management policies and practices. To provide advice, guidance and updates on the impact of proposed and actual changes to the Scottish legislative, regulatory and accounting framework; which governs the Financial Management function.
