Recruitment Process Outsourcing for the EIB Group

Description

The EIB Group intends to outsource partially its recruitment services and shall enter into a framework agreement with a single service provider for the provision of all the following services to the EIB Group in Luxembourg and its external offices: 1. services no 1: managing end-to-end recruitment process for allocated vacancies; 2. services no 2: on demand services for recruitment campaign managed by the EIB/EIF: applications screening and administration of recruitment campaigns; 3. services no 3: sourcing activity on recruitment campaigns managed by EIB/EIF recruiters in order to build proactive talent pipeline.
