Description

The Welsh Government has awarded a direct call-off contract to Xerox (UK) Limited under Lot 2 of the Crown Commercial Services RM6174 Framework Agreement for Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), Print and Digital Workflow Software Services, and Managed Print Service Provision. This award covers the provision of high-volume, specialist print devices and associated managed services to support the Welsh Government’s Print Unit and Design Team. The requirement includes the lease, installation, and maintenance of production-grade MFDs, secure print management software, consumables fulfilment, and service desk support.
