EXPRESSION OF INTEREST REQUEST. St James’s Hospital have a requirement to change from current (ELISA) platform for analysis of Neurodegeneration Biomarker Identification. Expressions of interest are being sought for the following: Provision of a suitable designated benchtop platform for Neurodegeneration Biomarker identification. Vendors must be able to provide CE marked equipment and IVDR CE marked assays for quantitative measurement of Biomarkers for the following biomarkers: • Amyloid beta 1-42 (Abeta 1-42) in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). • Amyloid beta 1-40 (Abeta 1-40) in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). • Total Tau proteins in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). • Phospho Tau proteins in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). IVDR CE marking desired but not essential for the following biomarkers: • Neurofilament light (NfL) in human cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). • Phospho Tau 217 in human plasma Technical requirements for the system as listed: Continuous loading of samples. Interfacing with Abbott Analyser Management System (AMS) to receive requests and export results. Provision of support for required interfacing is essential.
