Contract award - Framework agreement for toys and art materials

Description

Kristiansand Municipality wants to enter into a framework agreement for delivery of toys and art materials. Lot 1: The procurement includes delivery of a broad range of toys and art materials primarily for municipal nursery schools, before-and-after school care and schools. Other municipal entities will as needed also be able to use this framework agreement. It must be expected that many different products will be requested, and that the requested quantity will vary. Some products will be able to be requested continually throughout the entire contract period, while other products may have a more seasonal request. It must also be anticipated that trends and swings in the market can affect the request for products. The contracting authority has contract that include adjacent goods, for example a framework agreement for delivery of office supplies and school materials. On this basis the contracting authority reserves the right to make discretionary assessments as to which contract will be used, if during the contract period there are circumstances where there is uncertainty about which contract should be used.
