Framework for Electrical Installation Condition Surveys & Repairs Description: C8491 Framework for Electrical Installation Condition Surveys & Repairs Framework for Electrical Installation Condition Surveys & Repairs EICR Lot 1 STH Domestic Lot 2 STH Commercial Lot 3 STC Public & Commercial This framework is intended for use by South Tyneside Homes, South Tyneside Council Any organisation able to access this Contract will be referred to in the documentation as a Contracting Authority. South Tyneside Homes and South Tyneside Council wish to establish a framework agreement for Electrical Installation Condition Surveys. STH & STC Reserve the right to award each lot to separate contractors. It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 3 suppliers appointed to the framework for each lot dependent on the number and quality of bids received.
