HO-21-09 eCommerce - qualification phase

Description

Engerdal, Trysil, Stor-Elvdal, Åmot, Alvdal, Folldal, Os, Rendalen, Tolga, Tynset, and Røros Municipalities intend to enter into a contract for the procurement of an ordering tool, catalogue tool, and contract management. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for a system for eCommerce for the municipalities. The system must improve the management of procurements in framework agreements and the budget, and contribute to making better, simpler, and safer procurements. Lot 1: The contracting authority intends to establish a joint system for an ordering tool, catalogue tool, and contract management. The organisation of the procurement collaboration means that there is a need for a group structure in the system. This means that Abakus AS is above the municipalities. The municipalities will join the contract as and when the organisations are ready to implement the systems. All the municipalities will join during the ordinary contract period (the first three years). The contract is for the hire of the right of disposal (SaaS), as well as maintenance and support.
