Description
Elverum municipality intends to enter into a 10-year contract with Nedre Romerike Avløpsselskap IKS. Nedre Romerike Avløpsselskap IKS shall construct a new bio-gas facility Elverum municipality has re-negotiated a contract for the delivery of sewage sludge from Elverum. There is market for such services is not currently available, so the contract award of exclusive rights applies. The contract shall be in effect from October 2020. Any objections on the contract award must be presented by 21 October 2020.
