Description

The University of Derby wishes to procure the services of suitable organisations with the necessary skills, expertise and experience for the direct provision of support and related services for its CRM business applications. These services include consultancy, design, development, troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of systems, and some related business process services with the aim of increasing business efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Terms and Conditions of contract will be based on our Draft Framework Agreement. Suppliers tendering for Lot 5 should provide their terms of business with respect to Recruitment. Each assignment contracted under this Framework will have its own qualitative requirements and key performance indicators assigned so that performance can be measured. Please note that Lots 1 to 4 have been previously tendered and awarded on OJEU and this Tender refers to Lot 5 of the Framework.
