External Communal Area Hard & Soft Landscape Maintenance Services

Description

Prima Group wish to appoint an experienced contractor/s based within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority area to undertake external communal area hard and soft landscape maintenance services to 67 properties and some public open spaces within the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority area The Works comprise the routine maintenance of hard and soft landscaped areas as scheduled to each property/location at specified frequencies and as defined within the definition of terms which will vary depending upon the requirements at each property and open public spaces that are the responsibility of Prima Group to maintain. Works will be undertaken in all areas within the boundaries of private properties and within the areas as outlined on the appropriate plan drawings for areas with open spaces, mixed Tenure and associated responsibilities
