Description

Ringerike, Jevnaker and Lunner municipalities shall be ambitious on their and their inhabitants' behalf and the services that we prioritise for development must be amongst the best. We will prioritise the development of services where we can achieve a large degree of cost reduction and/or a large increase if the service quality. Modum, Sigdal and Krødsherad municipalities have an option to join, further information will be given on this before September 2018. The procurement must cover the necessary functionality for digital work processes and the follow-up of these, including administrative case management, processing political meeting and committees, journaling and archiving in accordance with the current requirements. The system must be connected to the municipalities' middleware systems for integration with register and preliminary/trade systems for obtaining, maintaining and storing documents that have to be saved.
