Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd requirement for the provision of Door Access Control Systems Replacement Works to 7 Buildings in Cwmbran.Removal of existing door entry systems and replacement with new Entotec-Came door entry systems to seven Bron Afon owned buildings located in Cwmbran, Torfaen. Eight new door entry systems in total.The buildings in scope of this ITT is:228 – 239 St Briavels House, Coed Eva, Cwmbran, NP44 6UR3+5 (A-C) Caradoc Road, Northville, Cwmbran, NP44 1PP7+9 (A-C) Caradoc Road, Northville, Cwmbran, NP44 1PP1-7 Maybury House, Greenmeadow, Cwmbran, NP44 4SN1-5 Aerons House, Coed Eva, Cwmbran, NP44 7ED1-5 Philslay House, Coed Eva, Cwmbran, NP44 7DS1-18 Normands House, Coed Eva, Cwmbran, NP44 7DU (two systems)Bron Afon is looking to commence works on site with the appointed Contractor from 7th October 2024. The contract term will be for 12 weeks.
