Description

SETU is seeking to appoint a contractor for the supply and installation of Meeting Room Conference facilities. The University is currently undertaking a program of refurbishment of a number of its meeting rooms that are equipped with Camera, Microphone, speakers and integrated screens, to provide hybrid meeting facilities within a Microsoft Teams or Zoom environment. As a result, a significant portion of its AV equipment is being upgraded. The primary goal of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to identify a comprehensive conferencing solution that standardises, streamlines and simplifies online and hybrid collaboration.
