Description

The tender contest applies to a contract for a project/construction manager who shall help with the execution of two larger construction project. This applies to the construction of a sheltered accommodation building with 8 flats, as well as a new central school, including the reconstruction of the existing school. The contest applies to engagement of one person who must work as a project and construction manager. The value of the contract is expected to exceed the EEA threshold value for supplies. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. Refer to the procurement documents for further information. The assignment is subject to political approval for the mentioned construction projects. Political decisions will be made in connection with the transition between the partnering phase and the execution phase. Decisions that result in one or both projects not being initiated or not being continued from the partnering phase to the execution phase will have a corresponding consequence for this contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right either cancel the contest or reduce the scope of the contract. Lots/groups Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.
