The project involves the completion of the contact following Dawnus going into administration. The original works comprised of the demolition of the existing training centre and the adjacent houses (Ty Cwm and Ty Gwaun) together with the development of the design to enable construction of the proposed Pupil Referral Unit, together with all associated external works, drainage and services.
