Riverway Park Playgound redevelopment

Riverway Playground has now been closed for almost five years following the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. During this prolonged period of closure, the site has significantly deteriorated. Much of the existing equipment is now unsafe, no longer compliant with modern safety standards, and beyond economical repair.As a result, the playground requires a full and comprehensive redevelopment to ensure it can once again provide a safe, accessible, and high-quality play environment for children and families. Investment in a complete redesign and replacement of equipment, surfacing, and infrastructure is essential to restore the space as a valuable community asset.
