Description

Blackwood require a garden maintenance contractor/s to service and maintain communal garden areas within 82 developments spread across 12 geographic lots as detailed in the attached Property List by Lot. The resulting contract will be for an initial period of three years, with an additional 12 month extension available subject to performance.
