Description

The Council is responsible for the general upkeep and modifications of its communal aerials supplied to council owned blocks of dwellings throughout the Harrogate District. By maintaining these aerials it avoids the need for residents to install their own, or additional, aerials which contravene Planning Regulations and give an unsightly and cluttered appearance to the roofs of dwellings. We now wish to select a contractor to carry out the upgrade of its current digital aerials to allow its residents to receive a full range of television signals - Satellite, Digital Terrestrial (DTT), and radio, (both FM and DAB where available) to every dwelling covered by the system utilising the latest digital channel stacking equipment (dSCR).
