Transport for London (TfL) requires a subscription to LexisNexis law modules for use by members and staff of the TfL Legal Department to ensure that legal advisers have access to reliable, authoritative information, in the most appropriate format to enable them to perform their duties effectively. This service comes directly from LexisNexis. TfL intends to award a contract to RELX (UK) Limited, trading as LexisNexis, under clause 41(1) and Schedule 5 paragraph 5 of the Procurement Act 2023. LexisNexis will provide access to an online legal database containing unique content TfL requires, including online textbook publications that are leading industry authorities. This content can only be made available from the source publisher, i.e. LexisNexis. Lexis+ Practical Guidance, Lexis+ Legal Research and Law 360 are proprietary services which contain unique content only published by LexisNexis. ## Contract award
