Saint Francis and Saint Clare Catholic Multi Academy Company based in Wolverhampton are seeking to tender their catering services in 2 lots: Lot 1: consists of 9 schools (primary and secondary); Lot 2: consists of 1 Catholic primary school planning to join the academy company in the next twelve months. WLP Consultancy Services Ltd will be managing this tender process. To provide catering services to 9 schools in Saint Francis and Saint Clare Catholic Multi Academy Company (SFSCCMAC) based in Wolverhampton. These 9 schools consist of 2 secondary and 7 primary academies. The contract will be awarded for a minimum of 3 years commencing 17.2.2020 with an option to extend for a further one plus one year on achievement of agreed KPI's. SFSCCMAC wish to build on its past success in increasing uptake and seek innovative ideas to further enhance the service provision and embrace the School Food Plan and Government Based Standards January 2015. The emphasis for the service is on quality and range of food coupled with communication links with the schools to promote the catering service as an essential part of the student experience. SFSCCMAC is seeking to continually improve the overall quality and style of the service. Environmental and sustainability issues are a key consideration to the way in which the school meal provision service is managed. Saint Francis and Saint Clare Catholic Multi Academy Company (SFSCCMAC) are seeking a contractor to provide catering services to its member schools. This Lot 2 is additional to Lot 1 being the addition of 1 Catholic Primary Academy which will joining SFSCCMAC with in the next 12 months. The contract will start on Monday 6th April 2020 and run for a period of 34 months. Full details are available in the ITT documentation. SFSCCMAC are hoping to award both Lots to the same contractor.
