Steigen municipality requests a future-oriented digital tool that can support municipal planning, budgeting, financial planning and reports. Lot 1: Steigen municipality intends to procure a new cloud-based system to support municipal business management, budgeting, financial planning and reports. It is essential that the solution is comprehensive with good integrations between the modules. This is to ensure profit, quality, work process and increased efficiency. Steigen municipality needs to procure a system that is integrated with the financial system Agresso and used for the following main areas: Preparation of financial plans, budgeting, and budget reports, etc. The system shall also facilitate easy publication of easy-to-understand and informative budgets, plans and reports. After investigating the market, the municipality has concluded that there is only one supplier who can offer a holistic solution that meets the requirements of the municipality. Based on the surveys carried out by the municipality we have concluded that Framsikt AS’ solution is the only alternative for Steigen municipality that covers the municipality's requirements. Steigen municipality hereby announces its intention to enter into an agreement with Framsikt AS for the services as described above. The agreement will be entered into no earlier than 16 July 2021.
