Description

To provide catering services to three schools in the Blessed Edward Bamber Catholic Multi Academy Trust, based in Blackpool, Lancashire. Lot 1: Blessed Edward Bamber Catholic Multi Academy Trust (BEBCMAT) is a federation of three separate academies, comprising: • St Mary’s Catholic Academy (secondary academy), St Walburga’s Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY3 7EQ • Christ The King Catholic Academy (primary academy and nursery) Rodwell Walk, Blackpool, FY3 7FG • St Cuthbert’s Catholic Academy (primary academy and nursery) Lightwood Avenue, Blackpool, FY4 2AU St Mary’s Catholic Academy and Christ The King Catholic Academy are sited together in one building as the result of the development of a custom-designed facility completed in 2013.The combined Academies provide education for some 1170 secondary pupils and 230+ primary pupils. The Academies operate separately but share communal facilities such as the dining room. St Cuthbert’s Catholic Academy, located in South Blackpool, some three miles from St Mary’s and Christ The King, joined the Academy Trust at its inception.
