Framework agreement for procurement of switchgear and substation automation systems

Description

The contracting authority is Fagne AS. This framework agreement concerns switchgear and substation automation systems for several of the transformer stations in Fagne AS' concession area. The call can also apply to parts for the switchgear and substation automation systems Switchgear and substation automation systems for various transformer stations that are included in the upgrade project for the regional grid in Odda in relation to Boliden's expansion works are not included in the framework agreement. A non-binding plan for the procurement of switchgear and substation automation systems is stated in the tender documentation annex J (Specified Scope). Beyond switchgear and substation automation systems for two transformer stations, the Contracting Authority is not obligated to make purchases in connection with this framework agreement, but the Contracting Authority intends to use this framework agreement for multiple purchases of switchgear and substation automation systems See the tender documentation and all annexes for further information. The highest estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 900,000,000 excluding VAT.
