Description

The supplier will provide a cloud-hosted Learning Management System (LMS) and associated support services to enable the Council to manage, deliver, monitor and report on workforce development and learning. The learning platform will include hosting, configuration, implementation, user administration, migration of existing learning records and data, reporting, maintenance, support and upgrades. The LMS shall provide a secure and accessible digital learning environment for the delivery of statutory, mandatory, professional and developmental learning programmes. The Council will have access to the provider's full suite of e-learning courses. Lot 1: The provision of a full cloud hosted Learning Management including access to the Provider's full digital library of learning courses. The Service will also include the migration of existing learner data and the Council's current programmes. The Award has been made following a Direct Award process in compliance with the Government's G Cloud 14 Framework. The Contract will be for a period of 36 months commencing on 1st September 2026 with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months. Additional information: The Contract was awarded to ME Learning following a review of available Learning Management Systems on the G Cloud 14 Framework. The successful demonstrated the learning platform which met the Council's requirements.
