Transport services - NORCE

Description

The framework agreement will give access to good transport services for all of NORCE's locations. The need will vary according to what activities are undertaken at the location. The contest is divided into two lots, wherein tenderers can submit a tender for one or both lots: Lot 1: Goods transport, nationally and internationally Lot 2: Temperature-sensitive goods The contract duration will be 2 years with an option to extend for a further 1+1 year, to a total maximum of 4 years. Lot 1: Lot 1: Goods transport, nationally and internationally Lot 1: Goods transport, nationally and internationally Tenderers must be able to cover the following product areas: - Ordinary package dispatches 0-35 kg -Dispatches of letters - General Cargo - Additional service for collection and delivery, firstly for locations in Bergen and Stavanger, however other locations can be added in the contract period - Forwarding and custom clearance services Lot 2: Lot 2: Temperature-sensitive goods Special transport for temperature-sensitive dispatches. - Biological samples and other temperature-sensitive dispatches with requirements for temperature control until received by the recipient. Mainly temperature-sensitive biological samples and materials that must be temperature regulated and monitored (for example with the help of dry ice). Infectious biological material, chemical substances, and other hazardous substances can be relevant.
