Cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS), Telephony platform specifically supporting the following: • Contact Centre Telephone calls • Call Recording • Telephone statistical reports • Call Routing • Natural language processing • Telephone based self-service • Web Chat • Physical desktop phones system The service required is to be accessed over the internet via a web browser, the functionality of which shall cover two critical areas internally and externally. The decision taken to award this contract was made on 31 July 2023. The contract award was made using G-Cloud 13 Key Criteria Search. The search resulted in a single supplier.
