Framework agreement - Electrical installation services and service agreement for fire alarm systems and emergency light systems

Description

Kristiansund municipality wants to establish a framework agreement with 3 tenderers for electrical installation services and emergency preparedness 24/7, as well as a service agreement for fire alarm systems and emergency lighting systems. This includes the renovation of existing buildings and smaller new constructions. The contract will cover the contracting authority's ongoing needs. The following municipal enterprises will also participate in the framework agreement, Frei Administrasjonsbygg AS, Kongens plass Eiendom AS, kirkelig fellesråd and Grimsteds stiftelse. Møre og Romsdal County shall be able to participate in the agreement for buildings located in Kristiansund, with a value of approximately NOK 100,000-200,000 per year when the current framework agreements expire. They will sign their own agreement on equal terms.
