Framework agreements for the procurement of a recruitment service for Statnett SF.

Description

Statnett SF needs framework agreements for the procurement of recruitment services. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with two tenderers for each lot. The framework agreements will be entered into for a 3- year duration, with an option to extend for 1+1 year. If there are not two or more tenders, a single framework agreement will be entered into with one tenderer. If parallel framework agreements are entered into, one of the tenderers will be the preferred tenderer. Tenders can be submitted for one or several of the drafted lots below. Statnett would like assistance with recruitment within the following three lots: • Top/middle manager positions, including project manager/director • Professional/technical and administrative positions • ICT positions Lot 1: Top/middle manager positions, including project manager/director Top/middle manager positions, including project manager/director Statnett SF needs framework agreements for the procurement of recruitment services. Assistance under the framework agreements can include, but is not limited to, the following: • Assignments for carrying out entire recruitment processes, with job advertisements • Assignments for carrying out entire recruitment processes with job advertisements with the addition of executive search (headhunting). • Assignments for carrying out entire recruitment processes with executive search. • Carrying out a partial process with only search (obtain candidates for Statnett, where Statnett itself carries out the selection). The tenderer must have checked out the candidate's motivation and desire to go further in the process, including ensuring that the candidate receives the necessary information on the position and Statnett. • Assignments for objective assessment of internal candidates (price per candidate).
