The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is transforming the jury process to better meet the needs of jurors, court operational staff and the wider justice system. As part of this transformation programme, SCTS wishes to develop and deliver a media campaign to raise awareness of jury service and communicate the improvements being implemented through the Jury Transformation Project. SCTS required a specialist marketing agency to develop campaign materials and associated assets for use across a range of media channels. Lot 1: The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is transforming the jury process to better meet the needs of jurors, court operational staff and the wider justice system. As part of this transformation programme, SCTS wishes to develop and deliver a media campaign to raise awareness of jury service and communicate the improvements being implemented through the Jury Transformation Project. Call-off contract awarded under the Scottish Government SP-21-017 Framework Agreement for the Provision of Marketing Services (Lot 2). The contract covers the provision of marketing services to support the development and delivery of a targeted communications and marketing campaign. Award made by direct award under the Scottish Government SP-21-017 Marketing Services Framework (Lot 2) in accordance with the framework's supplier ranking and direct award provisions. No further competition or evaluation was undertaken at call-off stage.
