Description
Midland Heart has used the Procurement for Housing (PFH) Windows and Doors Framework to carry out a mini competition. Midland Heart has awarded the Window & Doors replacement & maintenance Contract to Anglian Building Products a division of Anglian Windows Ltd. The Contract will be a 2 year agreement until the 14th June 2019 with the option to extend for a further 1+1 years subject to satisfactory continuous performance monitoring and annual performance review. The Contract value is estimated to be £1,100,069.65 per annum and a total Contract value of £4,400,278.60.
