Description
The Purchaser requires high quality grounds maintenance across 3 Sites, HMP & YOI Stirling, HMP Glenochil and HMP Perth (Central Area). All works must reflect best horticultural practice, ensure consistently high presentation standards, and maintain safe, clean, and visually appealing grounds. Lot 1: Core Tasks – Routine Services Grass cutting; Grass edging; Meadow/Turf maintenance; Shrub & herbaceous bed maintenance; Rose bed maintenance; Hedge maintenance; Young tree maintenance; Cleaning of grounds (incl. litter picking, leaves, hard-surface weed control); and Winter maintenance and snow clearance.
