The Provision of Mental Health Services and Specialist Learning Disability Services in Hertfordshire

All age mental health and adult specialist learning disability services, including the provision of inpatient psychiatric hospital care and community health services relating to mental health. Lot 1: The service is for the provision of an all age mental health and adult specialist learning disability services, including the provision of inpatient psychiatric hospital care and community health services relating to mental health. An award of contract has been made following Direct Award Process A under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the Procurement Regulations 2024 do not apply to this award. The estimated lifetime value of this contract is approximately £2,000,000,000 excl VAT. This is for the maximum contract value over the maximum 7 year contract period which also includes an estimation of NHS inflation over the contract period. The start date was 1st April 2026 for a period of three years until 31st March 2029 with the option to extend up to a further 1+1+1+1 year(s) by written agreement, based on satisfactory performance and subject to funding being available.
