As Munster Technological University continues its transformation journey, with the establishment of a new executive team, effective leadership will be critical to ensuring alignment with MTU’s Shared Vision and empowering continued attainment of our strategic objectives. This programme of coaching, mentoring, psychometric profiling, and leadership development aims to foster team cohesion, enhance existing leadership capabilities and drive effective decision-making for the benefit of the university and its stakeholders.
