This framework will provide the Estates office with the ability to improve procurement processes and enhance project deliverables, whilst increasing opportunities for local, small and medium enterprises in support of the local economy, also allowing the University of Birmingham to secure best value. The University intends to use a Full Terms Services contract for this Framework for projects up to a value of £25k.
