Description

The objective of the tender notice is to establish a framework agreement for safeguarding the Norwegian Armed Forces' requirements for personnel and courses for the support with consultation, implementation and training in European Military Airworthiness Regulations (EMAR). The contract shall ensure the Norwegian Armed Forces access to personnel and training for the implementation of EMAR in the Norwegian Armed Forces' organisation. Assistance for structuring and developing the Norwegian Armed Forces' Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), EMAR 145 maintenance organisation, EMAR 147 maintenance and training organisation and the National Military Airworthiness Authority (NMAA), as well as providing courses and training. See ITT clause 1.4 for a description of the scope of the contract.
