We are looking to gain initial interest in replacements of windows and doors within the Dumfries and Galloway Region. Total of 51 units (properties) that require full window and door replacements. With 17 located in Dumfries, 25 in Castle Douglas and 9 in Sorbie Lot 1: Dumfries (17) Window and Door Replacement We are looking to procure an experienced contractor for replacement of windows and doors at 17 properties located in Dumfries. The window replacements with be the initial stage of our retro-fit programme and the standard required will be to compliment future retrofit measures. Lot 2: Castle Douglas (25) Window Replacements We are looking to procure an experienced contractor for replacement of windows at 25 properties located in Castle Douglas. Properties include flats and Semi-detached. The window replacements with be the initial stage of our retro-fit programme and the standard required will be to compliment future retrofit measures. Lot 3: Sorbie (9) Window and Door Replacement We are looking to procure an experienced contractor for replacement of windows and doors at 9 properties located in Sorbie. Properties include terraced bungalows and terraced houses. The window replacements with be the initial stage of our retro-fit programme and the standard required will be to compliment future retrofit measures.
