Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA), through Invest Liverpool City Region (ILCR), seeks to appoint a specialist provider to represent its inward investment interests in the United States. This initiative supports the delivery of LCRCA's Inward Investment Strategy, which aims to increase FDI by 25% by 2030 and position LCR as a top 10 UK location for foreign investment. The US is a priority market due to its alignment with LCR's sector strengths, including Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Creative & Tech, Financial, Professional and Business Services and Maritime & Logistics. The representation will also support the development of a pipeline of opportunities ahead of a proposed Mayoral Mission to the US in 2026. The Liverpool City Region (LCR) Inward Investment Strategy and Investment Propositions, including the overarching Place offer, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Creative & Tech and Financial, Professional and Business Services will be shared as part of this procurement process.
