National Primary Care Clinician Database (NPCCD)

Description

In line with the NPCCD Invitation to Tender, the supplier will provide business-as-usual (BAU) support and maintenance for the NPCCD service across Medical, Ophthalmic and Dental workstreams. This includes operating a service desk during core business hours, managing user onboarding/offboarding and role-based access, triaging and resolving incidents in accordance with an agreed escalation model, correcting data issues where appropriate, and providing ad hoc reporting and service performance information Lot 1: The procurement was undertaken via an Invitation to Tender under the Scottish Government Digital Technology and Cyber Services DPS (Lot 1).
