PLACE695 Supply of a Planning Development Management System (inc. Section 106 Agreement Monitoring) and Associated Services

Description

The Council approached all suppliers available under Lot 3: Housing, Environmental and Planning Solutions of GCA RM6259 Vertical Application Solutions to take part in a Further Competition. The Council sought to procure a modern, cloud-based Planning System to support its statutory functions as a County Planning Authority. The Solution must provide end-to-end functionality (the ability of a system to operate fully - from start to finish - without requiring assistance from external systems or third-party resources) for the management of minerals and waste planning applications, policy development, managing legal agreements, monitoring, and enforcement. It must also be capable of supporting broader planning-related activities undertaken by the Council, where required.
