Description

Delivery of short break for provision for families caring for a child with a disability. The framework includes three Lots: Day time Short Breaks (mixed needs weekend and school holiday clubs), Outward Bounds (school holiday activities) and Activity Based Residential (overnight school holiday activities). Lot 1: Day time Short Breaks Group based club for C&YP with SEND on weekends, evenings and school holidays Lot 2: Outward Bounds Day time school holiday activities providing safe and exciting access to outward bound type activities with qualified instructors, adapted equipment (where appropriate) in green spaces with adapted group based spaces to meet care needs Lot 3: Activity Based Residential To deliver a 2-night stay on a weekend or school holidays with activities including indoor and outdoor, access to green spaces and a safe residential experience with adaptations where needed for C&YP with SEND
