Description

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration c/o NAV Economy and Management Division, the Procurement Division, hereafter called the contracting authority, has held an open tender contest for the procurement of heat aids. The procurement is for different types of heat aids for hands and feet, as well as accompanying accessories, spare parts, and the individual adaptations service. The heating aids are for persons that due to medical reasons have reduced ability to maintain warmth in their hands and feet. The tender contest was split into sub-contracts to best meet the needs of the relevant user groups. Contracts were signed for each lot with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. The maximum total value is estimated to be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value per sub-contract. The detailed contents of the procurement are specified in the tender documentation. Lot 1: 1 Heated mittens for adults Heated mittens for adults with the accompanying accessories, spare parts, and the individual adaptations service. Lot 2: 2 Heated mittens with a removable lining for adults Heated mittens with a removable lining for adults with the accompanying accessories, spare parts, and the individual adaptations service. Lot 3: 3 Heated textile gloves for adults Heated textile gloves for adults with accompanying accessories, spare parts, and the individual adaptations service. Lot 4: 4 Heated leather gloves for adults Heated leather gloves for adults with accompanying accessories, spare parts and the individual adaptations service. Lot 5: 5 Inner gloves for adults Inner gloves for adults with accompanying accessories, spare parts and the individual adaptations service. Lot 6: 6 Heated mittens for babies/toddlers (0-3 years). Heated mittens for babies/toddlers (0-3 years) with accompanying accessories and spare parts. Lot 7: 7 Heated mittens for children (4-14 years). Heated mittens for children (4-14 years) with accompanying accessories, spare parts and the individual adaptations service. Lot 8: 8 Heated gloves for children (4-14 years).
