Description
Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) is issuing a Request for Applications to Participate (RFATP) in a Panel for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to the RFATP. In summary, the Services comprise the development of third-party valuation reports for proposed new build units from plans, acquisition of newbuild units, secondhand units for acquisition, sites with Planning Permission for acquisition, and serviced sites without planning permission for acquisition.
