The Council invites suppliers to join a dynamic purchasing system for the provision of transportation of service users (children and adult services) within Staffordshire. The DPS is run as a completely electronic process using the authority's e sourcing solution (Proactis). This award notice is to advise the market of call-offs (mini competitions) that have been awarded from the DPS on a quarterly basis. A dynamic purchasing system to deploy the supply of home to school transport provision in Staffordshire for pupils in mainstream education and special needs education. This DPS may also include transport for adult service users not limited to but including disabilities and mental health. Their may be a requirement for passenger assistants to assists on the SEN Transport dependant on the needs of the service user.
