Q1169/24 - Home Delivery Service for Period Dignity

Bridgend Council would like to award a contract for a subscription service that will remove any barriers to young females affected by period poverty. It will allow the young person (and/or parent or guardian) to be able to select the items they require and have it delivered discreetly to their home.These items will be eco-friendly and plastic free products and / or reusable.There will be three different bundles which will be customisable and accessible to the participants. These bundles will potentially include Daytime, Night-time and Pantyliners or a combination of all three delivered on a monthly or three-monthly basis.
