The objective and scope of the contract: The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of medical consumables to the municipality. The contract includes medical consumables, skincare, nutrition and incontinence products. The contract value is estimated to 3 800 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The volume is estimated based on statistics and the accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products for the same buyer group for previous years. The volume must therefore be considered an estimate and not binding. The contracting authority will enter into contract with 1 tenderer. See part 2, requirement specifications, for further information. The contracting authority considered splitting the contract in accordance with the public procurement regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
